Hello, I’m in doubt on the following question, I’m having some side effects, and I wanted to know if it’s normal in this PE issue, currently I can have very good erections and I have an active sex life, but the question is this, my penis is erect, but he needs constant stimulation to stay upright, for example, if I am with my girlfriend, and we don’t go for penetration, if I stay too long in foreplay, it seems that the penis “gets tired”, that is, when I am horny he gets upright without problems, but after a while he seems to decay, I feel that my penis is “numb”, I can have orgasms, but the body of the penis looks numb, another example is when I stimulate myself, I can let the penis erect, but if I, for example, press it down, or stop stimulating it, it seems that the erection goes from strong to weak and it starts to shrink, do you suggest that I spend some time without PE? My routine is as follows (now with these symptoms I think about getting away, but is it right or not?):

5-10 minutes warmup using sock with rice or shower with VERY hot water.
5 minutes of stretching (Forward / Left / Up / Right / Down, 30 seconds each, that is, totaling 2 series of 30 seconds for each side totaling 5 minutes).
7 minutes jelquing on average (2-3 seconds per movement, alternating hands every 75 movements for example, usually I ended the session with 150 movements, that is, 75 in the right hand and 75 in the left)
5-10 minutes warmdown with sock with rice or shower.
50 kegels after the session, there were days when I used slow contraction (from 3 to 5 seconds), and sometimes I used fast contractions (1 to 2 seconds).

Note: The penis is erect, I have no discoloration, I am experiencing just that problem described.

What is your PE schedule?
Are you allowing yourself enough rest days?

An observation about your warm up, water doesn’t require to be demasiating hot. Just hot enough to promote a more malleable and veinier penis.

2 Day on 1 Off, my warmup is not very hot water, just hot, to be more malleable and promote the veins, I practice PE at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, Newbie routine, I practice for almost 4 months and only gave me this collateral now (during the last few sessions, and I noticed during sex the erections 100% but “kind of rubbery”,sometimes the erections are 90%,)although he is 100% erect most of the time, I don’t feel that stiffness I felt anymore, so I use the expression “rubbery”, and if I don’t continue stimulating the penis, for example penetration or something like that to increase the mood , he is already starting to weaken his erection, observation, I am 19 years old, was it some problem of overtraing the PC muscle or some nerve or something like that must have been damaged? (I never had this problem, it started over the past few weeks just like I mentioned).

Ps : I wrote the expression in my very hot water routine, just to objectify what I classify as very hot water, but it really isn’t that hot, it is just hot, enough for the sessions, I wrote it that way because I am hot (here in Brazil is complicated kkkk), and any hot water for me I already classify as being very hot, although the one mentioned in my routine is only hot (The pattern of water between hot and warm, that is, not so much hot).

I would dial down to 1:1 schedule and limit my kegels to 25.

As a 19er, you’ve got few more years of natural growth. Go easy on PE because there isn’t an consensus if PE synergizes or halts the natural penile growth.

The ideal now would be to stop the PE then right? Even though I have some years of growth, I was alert about this collateral that occurred to me, it is better to take a break, right? I had very good gains, not to mention veins that were very protruding (they were of an interesting caliber).
Wouldn’t my testosterone levels help to grow even more if I continue PE after the collateral effect I’m experiencing? ( Because my age )

Stop only if you have negative indicators or reached a plateau.

If you had gains and has all the positive indicators, I would continue but with a very mild protocol, like the linear newbie routine.

Some literatures said natural penis growth can extend until 21 years old.

Eventually gains will stall and stop all togethter. So putting all this time on the c0ck to gain will be pointless. One switches to a maintenance routine which allows him to keep his retained size, with much less time and effort. Usually it only takes one or two days a week to maintain the gains. Pumping is an easy and fun way to retain your gains. You can add a hang session if you like, but pumping will allow that maximum sized erection state to be maintained without a lot of work on your behalf.

The other great thing about pumping, is you will have a temporary size increase for about up to 4 hours that can be used during the sex act. It’s more fun that way.
