How to stop PE

I got this maintenance routine from a PE site that I subscribed to a while ago. When you achieved your goal you should try this:

I never been a fan of what that pay site, or any pay site, had to say about PE but this maintenance routine sounds good to me. When I get to my goal I will give this a shot.

Which pay site? Or cant we name names?

I always figured that after I retire I would probably just do a fifteen minute pump at about 10 inhg every night before going to bed. Seems to be a pretty light routine and keeps girth at the max. Retirement will be 8X7 or death, which ever comes first.

Yes it means you stop but you should stretch and jelq here and there. Say maybe like 2-3 days per week of 10-20 minute total.

Well seeing as how I don’t like the guy that owns that site and I am sure the feeling is mutual, I am going to remove the cut and paste. Rewrite it in your own words and I’ll patch it into your original post.

From this point forward, try to stay away from doing cut and pastes from copyright material, especially from PE paysites. Thanks!

My fault I was trying to be helpful.

I remember when I joined my first and only PE paysite, penis health or something like that, they would trash this place. That is how I discovered it and hardly ever went back there.

I remember Ferrari was a member at the site at the same time I was and he came up with all these exercises(stolen from here) and everyone thought he was some sort of genius. Pretty much every thread at that place was directed at Ferrari, the God of pe.
