Does a Beginner need to worry about LOT

Hi,

I am new and never done this before. I believe I will start with the beginner routine and/or a combo of stretching and jelqing.

Do I need to worry about my LOT being I have never done this before. My LOT is between 7 and 8.

As far as stretching I was going to do up, down, left and right. Then 2 handed jelqing.

Also, how about doing kegels?

Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I quit peing around the same time this whole “lot” thing became popular. Some people will tell you that it’s important, I would just save yourself the headache and not worry about it- just see if you can gain doing a simple routine and if you find out you can’t then worry more about your lot.

I agree with ladiesxpectmore. Lot is a theory.

My LOT seems to be 8. That means I will only get minimal benefit for my lig stretches. I may have to start hanging sooner than I thought. My plan is to do a month of only stretches and jelqing, afterwhich I’ll add hanging to that list.

Someone mentioned that there was an eight page thread on the LOT theory. Can anyone locate that thread? I used search but can’t seem to find it.

First of all your LOT isn’t that bad. You still have potential for lig gains. Secondly, jelqing has nothing to go with your LOT. You need to worry more about conditioning yourself that’s what newbie routine is all about. However you may get some newbie gains following it too.
Do some stretches in all directions, hit tunica (above your LOT) and ligs (below your LOT).
