Does a Beginner need to worry about LOT
Hi,
I am new and never done this before. I believe I will start with the beginner routine and/or a combo of stretching and jelqing.
Do I need to worry about my LOT being I have never done this before. My LOT is between 7 and 8.
As far as stretching I was going to do up, down, left and right. Then 2 handed jelqing.
Also, how about doing kegels?
Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!
