There is no evidence that age affects gains. Injuries are common when you try to rush results by going overboard. This is a long term process so moderation and patience is the key.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I started when I was 67. Over the next five years I gained one inch in both length and girth. The only injuries I have suffered were bruising from improper pumping and vac extending.
