Does anyone else think 5.5 girth is pretty damn big

The sizesurvey.com survey put 5.5 at 70th percentile, 5.9 at 80th and 6.3 at 90th percentile. Which is basically saying that 1 in 5 guys is walking around with 6+ inch msg, maybe a little high but it seems more believable than the 1/100 that the other studies put it at.

And UkrainianTitan, go to www (dot) tube8 (dot) com and search for “monstercock compilation” (obviously this is not safe for work) and I think you will agree with me that most of these guys are 6.5+ girth. Maybe they have pumped beforehand or whatever but it is fucking crazy, like horse dicks.

I went to the site, and I have to agree with the fact that I am wowed by the sizes of these guys, but lets face it, These guys are all about 1/1000, and they probably are pumped, even still I did not see one guy where the girl couldn’t get her hand around the mid-shaft if they tried. For every guy, try taking pics of your dick close up if you have not already done it, it’s an eye opener. I do agree that these guys are in the 6.5-7 inch range, but I stand by my claim that none of them are over 7 mid-shaft, if you are over 7 mid-shaft, there probably aren’t any girls that can fully put their hand around your dick, and due to tricks on camera they will make it look like theres an inch or more between their hand. I really do believe that somewhere around 1/500 guys are 6.5 mid-shaft.

I listened to loveline for years and every once in a while a girl would call in and say I met this guy who is incredibly huge and I don’t know what to do, usually they would describe it in a way where they would be like my hand barely fits around his dick, this sounds like a 6.25-6.5 inch guy, anything much more is likely shopped. But I can understand why someone would disagree.

I am more jealous of some these guy’s balls. Does anyone else notice that porn stars often have the hugest balls as well? There has to be some correlation there.

Some big dicks there but I think that the only real monster cock in that bunch is the one at 1:22-1:27 (I think the same dick appears a few times though). That is probably 6.5” in girth.

Took the time to read through most of this thread and people seem to have forgotten what the original question was so let me re-state the title of the thread: does anyone else think 5.5 girth is pretty damn big? The question is all about opinion so this entire discussion on relevant scientific data and anecdotal evidence has been a little off base (at least I think so). I think the people who got so worked up over brian2034’s statements, exclamation marks and capitals aside, need to remember that. From what I’ve read nothing on here was stated with malicious intent or mis-representing opinion as fact, it was about expressing opinion.

As for my opinion, I don’t think I have one. I consider myself big at 5.9” EG but I can’t remember how a 5.5” girth feels and I don’t really feel like I want to grab somebody else’s dick (regardless of size) to see how it feels. That said, I don’t think 6” EG is HUUUUGE like some people seem to but that’s probably because I’m so close to it (and have actually been a 6+ a few years back).

I’ve said this before but it rarely gets much attention but I’ll say it again: stop looking so blindly at the numbers except to track your progress. Comparing yourself to other people’s measurements is pretty much irrelevant, only thing that matters in PE is whether you’re gaining or not (and, of course, if you’re satisfied with what you have or not). I’ve suggested comparing your dick to everyday objects and I still think that’s a good thing to do. Think a toilet paper roll is huge? Put your best erection next to it and see how you compare. Personally I prefer beer bottles but that’s mainly because they tend to be around more often than used paper rolls in my house.

Sometimes you have to go off base when you get brainstorms hehe.

But yeah, the more I struggle increasing my girth, the more I think 5.5” girth is huge lol.

Check out www dot thevisualiser dot net and see how you compare to averages from various studies and to some pornstars (although some of the estimated sizes there seem a little off). The volume and “head-to-head” comparisons are really eye-opening.

This is exactly what I was thinking of when reading this thread.

Anyway, one eye-opener for me was when I saw sample clip from a cfnm type porn site that was about a girl picking up guys and then measuring their units. She measured the guy’s girth and it was 4.5”. Which surprised me since at 5.3” I’m probably significantly bigger, but I never would have guessed that from just looking at the clip up to that point. Since then I’ve known that it’s easy to overestimate size on film.

So the camera adds ten pounds and, what, half-an-inch in girth…?

And also I am sick of people thinking everyone is entitled to an opinion so it should be posted. There is a big difference between an educated opinion and a STUPID opinion. I have to agree with the Chief. 5.5 is big. In my opinion 5.5 is ideal and I have posted this many times. 5.5 was my goal when I started PEing, not only did I reach 5.5 but my ego got me to 5.8 and if you do not thing .3 makes a difference then you know nothing. Once you reach hude girth, .1 inches more is a lot in gains. being 5.8 really slowed my wife and I sex life. she gets sore and like paragoomba posted, the recovery time may take awhile. also, blow jobs are not the same anymore, once you get over 5.5 you start to feel teeth when getting blow jobs and the mouth can not go as deep. 5.5 is really big, but again, in my opinion, the ideal size.
