I wanted to know if BTC Stretch really works?

If it does, how much have you gained?

If thats the strecth where you put your arm between your legs from the back and pull in a downward/ back motion.. Then yes.. I am a newbie about 5 weeks or so.. But with that stretch and afews others in the begining of my routine I’ve gone from 5.8 to 6 maybe 6.1 in 5 weeks

Hey there mate! BTC is good but i think it’s more of anti shrinking technique when you sit on the penis.

When you sit on it, that’s a fowfer.
Which are good for Flaccid gains or keeping a longer Flaccid hang, but I don’t know about creating enough tension to really get gains just from that.

The behind the cheeks stretch is an active manual stretch where you pull the Flaccid penis from behind your leg outward and backward past your butt. This creates more tension for a downward stretch and is good to add to your manual stretching routine.


Start: 7" BPEL top measure , 5" MEG, Flaccid:1"

Now: 7.5" BPEL top, 5.5" MEG, Flaccid:5"

Goal: 8" BPEL top, 6" MEG, Flaccid: 6"
