Does penis lose size with age?

Does penis lose size with age? or this is just a myth?

Erection quality usually declines and belly fat increases. Both make the penis seem to shrink.

what can you do to avoid this?

Eat right, Exercise. Don’t get fat, smoke or drink heavily. PE on a regular basis for erectile health.

I’ve also heard that, without some form of stretching exercises, the ligaments will tend to tighten and contract over time. This would lead to some loss of length as we age.

I am in my mid-70s. I started to PE last November. At that time I did not notice that I had lost any size since in my 20s. I have noticed that my EQ level has increased. I am also experiencing morning wood more often.
