Does this affect penis length?

Hi, I have 2 quick questions..

Does the way I keep my penis in my underwear while soft affect its size? Like if it’s pointed down, does it mean there will be more blood in it?

Second question, some people claiming removing short frenulum made their penis bigger? Anyone knows anything about this?

I’ve heard people say ballet performers are always large. I don’t know if that’s true, but they wear tight underwear and keep their penis pointed up. A lot of tribal penis enlargement seems to involve keeping the penis pointing up, along with other things.

It seems to me that keeping it pointing up could block some of the outflow of blood, causing a semi erect state. I haven’t tested it, I hate tight underwear and it seems to need to be really tight to hold the penis in an upright position.

Cutting your penis is almost always a mistake. Every part of the penis serves a purpose and was designed by thousands or millions of years of natural selection (evolution) of our particular mammalian line. A short frenulum can be fixed with stretching. DMSO rubbed on the area before stretching might fix it much faster.

I meant holding it down makes it bigger? When it points up, the blood goes down easier I think..

And people claim after cutting it that it gets a bit bigger.. Just wondering.

In my opinion, going commando is helpful.

I can’t go commando, my glans and pee hole are to sensitive. I get a raw feeling if my penis rubs my pants going commando.
