Dry/West Jelquing?

What exactly is the difference between wet and dry Jelquing?

When you dry Jelq, you use lube as well don’t you? doesn’t that make it a wet jelq? Or its jsut that I dont understand the meaning of wet and dry jelquing?

When you dry jelq, you only use the skin on your penis to pull down the shaft as far as it will go, then you go back and take some loose skin back to your base and do it again, totally dry.

When you wet jelq, you grab your favorite lube and put some on your unit and do the slide above your skin.
