Edging vs Angion Methods ?
I’ve tried the Angion method 2.0. The one where you contract the corpus spongiosa. Excuse me if I am getting this terminology mixed up, but the back of the shaft, and all the way to the top right underneath the glans before you squeeze with your other hand. It doesn’t keep me engorged at all, and I heard people in the beginning saying that this is a good beginner exercise to add to your regular newbie routines with stretches. For some reason I can’t seem to feel the effect or perhaps I am doing it wrong ? Any suggestions or advice ?
Also I have been edging for quiet some time right now, and I feel like this is the best post workout right after jelqing to maintain that significant expansion. It also has helped me with morning wood, and lasting longer in bed as well.
What post workouts for newbies did you guys prefer when you started ? I’d like to hear some feedback for this stuff. Thank you.
