On this thread I’m going to document my experience with with some very careful and conservative experimentation with the angion 1 and 2.0, and vascion (3.0) methods.

The night before last I did 20 or so reps of the vascion method. Due to limitations from the injury it was easiest to perform while standing up. I tried using some ky jelly but it would sort of get absorbed into my skin, or kind of dry up very quickly, so I ended up not bothering with it, and not using lube. Someone suggested that silicone based lube was better than water based lube for AM1, so I’ll look into that.

Once able to muster up a semi erection, I was able to get my middle fingers positioned near the underside of the penis and start performing the method, and then try to work it up to somewhere near a full erection. The biggest thing to get the hang of was applying enough pressure which each finger that I was doing something, without applying enough to cause any degree of concern or discomfort.

I had originally wanted to do only five reps, but ended up doing around 20 by the time I was finished practicing and getting a feel for it.

While performing the technique, there was at least one moment where I could feel my erection sort of surge a bit, as the extra blood was guided in. Gentle, but unmistakable. I did very briefly feel a feeling of warmth in my penis, like more blood had pooled there.

Afterwards, I did get a faint surge of warmth or two in my thigh (different than the warm feeling of blood pooling from the vascion method) which is something I’ve experienced since my injury. I also had a pulsing, digging pain in my chest (something which has also happened sometimes since my injury and happens shortly before improvements).

Then, I felt some pain on the injured area, which is damage. I get bits and pieces of damage all the time, sometimes from just twisting my body too quickly or sitting in the wrong chair, so it isn’t a big deal. Although, the pain felt a little different than usual, and I believe was from the pressure of the extra bloodflow.

Lying in bed before falling asleep, there was a crawling, prickling, digging itch on the damaged area, which means improvements, which I also believe were from the extra bloodflow.

So my assessment from this one experience is that there is a unique increase in bloodflow which can affect the injury.

I’ll experiment further with the goal of using this as something that can boost the odds of improvements.

Thanks for the encouragement and support guys. Slow and steady, and whatever happens, hopefully my experience will at very least contribute something to the body of knowledge across the forums and help lead someone else another step closer.

My gut is telling me to try AM1, since it works by pulling blood out first before any extra blood has a chance to enter, maybe it is the most gentle of all.

Any recommendations for lubrications?

I have the wet platinum lube that I said I was ordering on my other thread by accident. I haven’t used it yet because I was thinking about a particular female that was making me so incredibly turned on that I had some improvements from it, and was letting that play its course. I’ve actually found that getting really turned on can boost the odds of improvements, I’d assume by stimulating the circuitry which has been dulled down by the injury. But, it’s time to move forward with this thread, so in the next few days I’ll try AM1.

My impression of AM1 after a couple of fairly brief sessions is that it has the same effect on the injury as the VM- increasing the odds of both improvements and damage- but to a lesser degree. I’ll continue experimenting.

I’ve also noticed that masturbation with silicone lube is significantly more likely to cause improvements than masturbation without lube, so I strongly advise anyone with an injury to get a silicone lube for masturbation.

Lately I’ve had improvements with some degree of consistency from masturbation with silicone lubrication, while seated in a wooden chair with a straight back (concave, but not tilted or slanted) and a memory foam cushion on the seat, without any damage like I had after doing the AM. Since this is a lower risk approach, I’m going to stick with it as long as I continue seeing results. If I stop having steady improvements, I’ll start up again with the AM.

Oh and in case anyone thinks any of this is embarrassing or awkward, sometimes you’ve got to do what you’ve got to do right? I’d eat shit to cure the injury.
