Does it? Has anyone seen an increase in sexual endurance by edging during their clamping workout?

I know it can boost gains. I don’t know about EQ. I think most would agree standard clamping sessions can hinder your EQ.


Starting Stats: BPEL = 5.875, EG = 4.375 <> Current Stats: BPEL = 7.25, EG = 4.6

I was think of more lighter type clamping than hardcore high pressure clamping.

I think a lot of guys edge while clamping. I sure do. It is a good way to maximize your clamped size and feels awesome. And yes, you don’t have to clamp hard to get excellent results.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Would you say it boosted your erection or staying power?

I have recently had a comment with puzzled eyes asking if/what I was taking to make my unit so hard “lately”.

I edge in the clamp for 10-12 mins MAX! Sometimes I’ll add a 5 minute session after a warm down and jelqing.

I have not seen any real gains in around 2 years. HOWEVER, because I edge in the clamp, and continually kegel during the session, I have much better dick control, and my lady is noticing. :)

I think it falls in the category of extreme edging if you’re looking for a classification.

I edge while clamped but I haven’t noticed any improvement in my staying power from this.

My eq however has gone through the roof and couldn’t possibly get any harder!

It’s a fine line between EQ increasing clamping and EQ decreasing clamping. :)

I’ve been edging in the clamp for about three years. I found out in the first couple months that if I didn’t follow it up with a real ejaculation my unit gained so much sensitivity that I lost staying power. I also noticed that after each set, even with lots of Firegoat-rolls and dick massage that I would turtle. But if I do 1-3 sets of clamped edging, then follow it up with good ol’ masturbation about 20 mins later then my unit stays more full and I do not get hyper-sensitive.

What I do notice also is that the first set doesn’t seem to have much more girth. The second set I do notice more expansion, and even more on the third set. My sets are 10 mins, and I’ll often open the clamp a notch at a time and edge some more for a few more minutes until the clamp is off. The theory being I’d like to get some expansion where the clamp is sitting as well.

I can do this for two consecutive days then I need some rest. The amount of rest depends on how much jelqing and stretching I’ve also been doing prior to the clamping. I don’t have a set schedule as I really just try to listen to my dick. I like to ride the edge of fatigue without overtraining. Yeah, I’ve had a couple injuries but nothing which impacted function.

Over the three years I’ve seen steady girth gains - and length gains as I also do regular stretches and jelqing.

Yes, yes, and ummm yes. I would definately count this as edging and EQ has gone from 100% to like 200% from these lol.

Nothing fancy, I use a velcro strap (tape) for a clamp, always warm up for at least 5 mins and go from 10 to 20 mins sets but never more than 3 per day. I only clamp 1-2 times per week on average as I’m not as consistent as I like to be with my routine. Ideally I’d like to clamp 3 -4 times per week doing 3 sets each session alongside my jelqing and stretching as I know that’s the type of frequency I need to obtain considerable gains.

I always edge and watch porn while clamping and really, really enjoy the feeling of expansion but often wonder if using a proper clamp would improve my results and expansion levels rather than a velcro strap/tape which, although really flexible, is not as restrictive as a proper clamp.
