What does edging actually make you achieve? I mean like what are its effects?

OK I plan on edging when ever I get a chance, but I’m still unclear on if at the end of the session do I let my self ejaculate or not? Say I sit there for 20 mins and go and stop for the whole 20 mins on the last go and stop do I cum?

Edging definitely adds to the intensity of an orgasm (and time to the clean-up period!). As for how long to do it, try different levels. If, one day, you feel like testing your limits, edge for as long as possible. If, another day, you want to edge, but also are pressed for time, set your own limit.
