Hi,
I’ve been edging for the past week, almost everyday for about 30mins. I do not shoot my load at the end of the session. However, it gets extremely hard to resist the temptation of shooting my load after 3-4 sessions (thats 3,4 days) and I end up blowing my load once in 3 days.

My dick head is extremely sensitive and I thinkl I suffer from PE (I cum within 2-3 mins of intercourse). I’m thus trying edging to see if it will help me prolong my cumming time.

My question are:
1. Is it ok to edge everyday?
2. How long does it take before one can see some significant improvements due to edging? I’ve read numerous edging related threads on thunders, but could not find comments about how long it takes to see improvments in your cumming time due to edging. Obviously, different ppl will have different experiences. Could somebody tell me about their experience.

I figure you could do it as many times as you would masturbate…take that with a grain of salt since I don’t know much about edging, just going with instinct. Also to help with PE (Premature Ejaculation) you should really get into doing kegels daily. Kegels will help you, after doing kegels for 3 months (300+kegels a day) you should be able to last a lot longer and control yourself.

So I guess you are having problem with premature ejeculation. Well, edging is not the only solution to that ok? But don’t worry, Kegel is one among the best methods to solve this problem.

To answer your questions,
1. Yep! There’s nothing wrong with everyday edging if you’re good at it (Good motivation at good start huh? :D ) . But be a little conservative with ejeculation… Won’t you blow your laod everyday though :D
2. You’re right about different PEers who got different results with different period of times. So, don’t care too much about it. Just keep on edging, kegeling and learn more about how to control yourself from fast ejeculation.

I edge everyday for at least an hour but I cum after that most of the time.Most pple in here suggest not to cum too often though but it still works for me. I think wether you cum or not, the thing that you sure will benefit is able to control urself more.

1) I see no problem with Edging everyday

Kegels are the way to go. You might want to make sure your doing them correct. Also you didn’t mention how old you are. You may just need to get some more experience, learn to take your time and don’t rush it for the sake of sex.

You really need to give your penis some more time to get used to what you have been doing. Keep kegeling in your daily routine because you’ll find it more advantageous later on. By the way, kegel is good, but don’t try overdoing it either and you can do some reverse kegels… No worry, it was mentioned many times here and it’s easy to perform, just read this

I dispute that please see or go to a men’s clinic or better still see an urologist and then get referred to an incontinence specialist

I have had three months with edging, with very tiny results, but it is said the visible results, (to reach from 2 to 6 minutes of banging) can be seen in 5 months or 8 months within, since there, we might improve quicker, I think it is a deeper training than aerobic or weightlifting, of brain-nerves-organs
