I tried to search this but nothing comes up. A regular kegal is contraction of the PC muscle. What is the difference between a reverse kegal and a regular kegal?

I think this was one of DLD’s things that he did when stretching and he felt it would allow things to be pulled out farther. I’m not sure it means much, really.
