Reverse kegals

I cant quite understand how to do the reverse kegals, do i push out instead of contracting or what? perhaps someone could explain.

Your right. You push out instead of contracting. With a kegel you locate the muscle by stopping the flow of urine. A reverse kegel instead of stopping the flow of urine you try to increase it by pushing it out.
