Effect of bodybuilding supplements on PE

Hi guys, I’m starting out with PE. I’m already in a pretty rigorous physical fitness regimen; I take creatine and L-glutamine as supplements for my exercise routine. Does anyone know if taking these supplements will affect my progress with PE positively or negatively? I suspect the L-glutamine might help a little with muscle recovery. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this. Thanks!

I don’t think thst supplements of any kind should have a significant impact on PE. Roids do have an effect of athropy on your nuts for a short time. But I doubt there is any supplement which has a negative effect on PE.

They should only help. Supplementing the broken down tissue with amino acids and proteins will provide it with sufficient nutrients to recover and get bigger.

This is good.

Amino acids are not just great for muscular growth. They make possible general cell repair and development for, pretty much, everything in the body.

Most good protein supplements, for example, will have 22 amino acids in every brands counterpart of the same product. Only 8 of these are what are proven to be essential to make muscle building protein. The remaining 14 amino acids (and some of the 8 essential) can be responsible for other cellular reproduction, like when you microtear the cells during a PE workout.

The trouble is getting the right amino acids to complete the peptide chain that increases your body’s ability to recover from skin and ligament stress, damage and trauma.
