once i reach my goal size and to mantaining excercises for a while can i stop doing the excercises? or will i loose size?

Most with experience (not me) would advise a “maintainance program” to “cement” gains.

And this program in itself for many is of a definite duration, too (ie., not forever). Although many see light jelqing as a lifelong health measure they’d like to make a part of their regular life for good. And that promotes retention of both girth and length gains.
