Is Happy Ending okay with PE?

I notice when reading PE routines that none end with any indication of a “happy ending.” I wanted to know if finishing PE off with some light masturbation and “completion” wont exhaust your penis and potentially ruin your workout ?? I sometimes turtle if I have a good PE session then finish off with a “porno session.” I’ve learned to fix this problem by some continuing wet stretches and jelqs in the bathroom.

So what is your take? Can some light/moderate masterbation at the end of a PE session be useful or can it be counter-productive?

I masturbate/edge after a workout, but I rarely ejaculate. As for masturbation, there is a big thread about this on how it won’t hinder gains. I just prefer not to cum since I like to keep my penis engorged. Even if I do cum, I am still plump. Maybe it’s because I rarely cum (2-3 times at the most per week).
