How does manual stretching, jelqing, clamping, and pumping affect EQ? A big dick is great, but I need mine to work at 100% whenever and wherever. What exercises should I stay away from if I’m going to have sex that day or the day following? And what exercises can I do on the same day I have sex with no worries about EQ?

I’ve found that my EQ is not adversely affected by manual stretching, jelqing, or pumping. It only helps. But I don’t practice the full range of exercises, so there may be some that wilt your dick for the rest of the day (?). Grappler - good screen name.

If my EQ goes down, I still continue to do PE that day and the next, but I back off on the intensity of the PE until EQ is normal again.

Not so much about exercises as intensity. You can do any in light range and see expansion with better erection, and same way you can overdo any exercise and get weak erection for few days.

+1. The intensity is the number 1 factor in determining whether recovery time is necessary. Very moderate or mild PEing usually enhances EQ, but gains might take longer to acquire.
