Great news! This starts good and will get even greater.

Whenever you pass in Switzerland we do the 20k steps together. I know some scenic paths that are less known by tourists and worth a hike.

Good day. Glad to hear things are better and all the advice you got is really good advice. Especially lifting weight and going for a walk.

I don’t know if you are on a decon break or if you’re still doing your PE, and maybe I’m a bit late with my opinion, but when my EQ drops, I do edging at the end of my routine to get it back. It works for me and maybe it will help you. Usually takes me about three days to a week for my EQ to be back to normal. I almost consistently do a little edging now in my routine, even if its not the full 20 minutes.

Thanks a lot guys - appreciate ALL the feedback and the results that I was fortunate to have so quickly. I’m still determined to stay the course & surpass where I was in terms of fitness and get this EQ demon pushed further & further away. Calming my mind was a big piece too (like, intentional breath control & some other meditation techniques in the moment) so I’m pursuing this area as well and perhaps some hypnosis to see where that could lead.

That would be awesome! It’s definitely on my bucket list to visit Europe one of these days - just a matter of getting my rug-rats raised and/or making a vulgar amount of money with a couple ideas I’m playing with. As fate would have it, I’m doing some extended hiking in Appalachia in a couple weeks (that I’m not really ready for it, but the walking will no doubt have helped). Will be completely out of touch electronically but will raise a glass in your direction…

Started my decon on Saturday so I’ll be away from PE for about 2 months and concentrating on fitness in the interim. Hoping to get back to the crazy EQ I had in my twenties but I know that’s a long-term project. Several have mentioned edging & if I can figure out a way to do it without porn (cuz I’m trying to stay off of that & away from masturbation for at least a couple months too - hopefully longer) then that sounds like a great tool to add to the arsenal.
