Is there any type of exercises that I can do to for length during a erection or to add length to my erection? Thanks.

Hmmm… Drop your erection level a bit and do some jelqs.

I would do that but jelqs for girth.

I know that jelqs give both length and girth. But if you want an exercise for only length while erect, then I have no idea. I wonder if there is an exercise like that.

V stretch and Power stretches.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Am I suppose to stretch while flaccid or erect.

Flaccid of course. A slight erection while stretching is no problem.

Aom91 do you mean that an erection level close to 90% or similar is better for length? Therefore does a jelqing session at 50% erect tend to improve girth more?


May '07 - BPE = 6.5"x4.75" FS = 5.125"x4" Goal= 9"x6" - might as well aim high!

Now - BPE = 6.625"x5.125" FS = 6.063"x4.5"

Low erection level jelqing is better for length, and for girth it is better to have a bit higher erection level when jelqing.
