Your experience with it? I think it could help turn those Flaccid stretched gains into real erect ones. Clamped stretching might work well too.

I sometimes become erect when stretching and I normally just keep the stretch held until I become too erect to stretch then I just gently do bends until the ercetion subsides. When I clamp I (very) gently stretch, bend, twist and pull my penis then immediately afterwards do a 3-5 minute pump session while wearing a cock loop.

Nothing to report so far as I seem to lack persistence and commitment. Although persistence and commitment seems a lot easier now that I’ve given up porn, drugs and to an extent alcohol.

Try stretching a rubber band. Then try stretching an iron bar. Report back with results.

I didn´t want to start another thread, but I have a question that I think is related to this one. When stretching, is it usual to feel something (ligaments, I think) in the perineum area ?

I don’t think so longgirth. Your perineum is that spot right behind your balls that feels good to massage sometimes right? If it is, Ive never read anything about it or experienced it myself.

Yes, right there. I can usually feel something moving inside the perineum when I stretch, but only after a certain level. Light stretching doesn´t do it, but when I start stretching a little more (not very hard, I´m still a newbie :) ), I can definitely feel something in that region.

Yes, that’s normal, especially if stretching upwards.

Perfect, nothing to worry about, then. I stretched a little bit more yesterday, and today I’m feeling a slight discomfort in the area when I sit straight or Kegel. Take a day off, maybe ?

It’s no different to any other form of stretching really. If you do a little bit too much, the area has a ‘tired achiness’ for a day or two. Having a day of very light stretching may get rid of it faster than taking a day off.
