Erectile problems

Erectile problems

Hi guys.

I’m about 20 years old. My soft penis is 4.7” BP; when erect it is 7.3” BPEL and its circumference measures 6”.
Lately I’ve been focused on edging because I’ve read it is good for erection quality and lasting longer before having an orgasm.

During the second week of February I spent many hours for several days edging and I think it was too much for my penis. I’ve been since then (7 weeks) without having a single hard erection.

In the beginning I thought my penis was kind of exhausted and needed time to recover but after these 7 weeks it’s still the same. I’m unable to have a solid erection. I don’t even have morning woods; instead, my penis just grows up to 6” of BP length and 5.5” of circumference but it doesn’t get hard (solid).

I wanna add that my penis feels pretty sensitive too.

I doubt it’s due to testosterone level issues because I do sport, eat healthy and my testicles have a considerable size.

I’ve searched exercises to strengthen the penis and found kegels routines for 5 weeks which I have started today. Do you believe this exercise can cure my penis? Do you know any other helpful exercises or have any other advice?
I’ve read jelqing can help getting stronger erections but I don’t think my penis is in a healthy enough state to jelq it.

I seriously have no idea of how I went from edging to being unable to get hard.

In case you are wondering, yes, I plan visiting an urologist in case my penis remains bad for a few more weeks.

All help is welcome. As you may imagine, having been without a single erection for 7 weeks is pretty sad but at least I don’t have a girlfriend and I don’t need them urgently.

I await your replies. May God bless you.

How much porn do you watch? How often do you masturbate?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Thanks for your reply.
I watch no porn and I’ve been unable to masturbate for these 7 weeks.

Do you feel there is a mental component to this?

Hi! Thanks for your reply.

I feel there must be a physical one because of what I’ve said above; my penis can grow some amount but not fully; I guess something in my penis doesn’t allow more blood to fill it.

Stress, worry, thinking that you harmed your penis and now it won’t work will always kill an erection. Unless you hit your dick with a hammer your dick is fine. You over did it with edging, got fatigued and then got a bit of mental stress thinking you’re broken. Go out and enjoy being young ( meaning stop thinking about it) and you’ll be fine.

I understand. Last week I started to worry less. I hope everything is fine and it gets cured before the 8th week without erections.

Thanks for your advice!

I agree with a previous poster about mental.

But.. Rather.. Do a mental-emotional hard check of yourself.
You are twenty(20), already have a nice-sized penis and should feel confident (maybe you do).

Ask yourself what you want for yourself on this forum? Or in life?
.If its mental then you will need to figure it to fix it.

A visit to the Urologist is definitely advisable.. ESPECIALLY if you are still on your parents health coverage. Talk to the doctor about edging, diet, cardio health.. And about any significant events in your life you think may cause a less erect penis.

I’m in the same boat as you mate. My dick was steadily getting more and more limp for the last few months. I think you should sit it out. Take a break, go visit that urologist and hear what he/she has to say. It is most likely a mental issue and when that gets sorted you should be fine.
