Erection During Jelqing
Been PE-ing for some almost 2 weeks now and decided to stick with the newbie routine which includes jelqing. Researched a bit and and learned that jelqing requires 40-70% erection. Is this still true? Or jelqing at higher erection (but not full) is more beneficial?
Also, any tips for constraining the erection from 40-70%? I’m so tired of stopping every 3 jelqs to breathe deep and stop my fully hard erection. Would like to do PE but not waste time since every routine requires 15 or more minutes of continuous exercises.
Any help will be appreciated.
