Will Stopping To Improve Erection While Jelqing Hurt My Gains?
Hey guys, this is my first time posting, and I’m still figuring out the forums, so I apologise if there is a thread on this already.
I recently started the Newbie Routine, and while jelqing, my erection sometimes drops from the 70% - 80% range, down to about the 40% - 50% range. I’ve been stopping for about 30 seconds or so to get myself back up to the desirable erection level for jelqing, and then continuing. My question is: since jelqing is mostly about maintaining pressure and blood volume in the penis, will stopping to masturbate for a few seconds to get 70% - 80% hard again release too much pressure and hurt my technique and gains? Is it a case of, the more jelqs you can do in a row without stopping the better?
It seems like most people would have an issue with this at some point, but I’ve also heard that others can barely jelq without getting really hard. I know that EQ is a strong indicator of training well or overtraining, but I don’t think it’s that. Before starting PE, I watched a lot of porn. I’ve been slowly laying off of it, but I think it’s going to take a little bit for me to get stimulated without it. In the meantime though, is stopping to get harder every now and then bad for technique, or just something everybody does?
