Jelqing with low erection causes baseball bat shape

I am looking to add length only or as little girth as possible since I am 6.5 BPEL and 6.25 EG.
I have been told to stretch and jelq at a 20%-40% erection level.
However, I just read a post from modesto that said that jelqing at a very low erection level could lead to a baseball bat shape.

1) What exactly is a baseball bat shape (more girth at the base relative to the rest of the penis or less girth at the base relative to the rest of the penis)??

2)Is it true that jelqing at very low erection levels could lead to this shape and if so, at what levels of erection do you think this could happen?

Baseball effect is when there is less base girth then the rest of the shaft. Jelqing at low erection levels works length, how you jelq will determine the effect, if you squeeze with a lot of force at the top of the shaft and a little at the bottom you will develop a baseball bat penis, if you apply even pressure you should stay somewhat even. I don’t think it is necessarily true that low erection level jelking causes a baseball bat shape.
I also think there is nothing wrong with a baseball bat as long as it is not too exaggerated.
I think you need to see what exercises give you gains, and not worry so much about how it will change your shape. Any shape change would be so gradual you could always adjust if you started to notice something you didn’t want to continue.
Finally, I don’t think jelking is a very good length exercise, after you get your newbie gains. For length, stretching, hanging, and ads use is the way to go.
