Erection problems during PE
Hi this is my first post so here goes, I have been doing the newbie routine for around a month now and have not noticed any significant gains. This however is not a problem for me, because I understand that PE is a gradual process and patience is essential.
The reason for my post is that I am 19 years of age with a sex drive off the scale, and during my workouts I have real issues keeping at at low level erections, e.g 30%, 50% etc.. I go straight to a 100% erection every time I start to stretch, this causes real problems because I never feel like I’m getting any sort of stretch at all because my penis is too hard, also I have read that fully erect jelqing may also be dangerous. I have had a few workouts when I have been able to keep at a semi erect state but this is only after masturbating, and from what I’ve read on thunders, masturbation should be left out of workout days as some believe it my interfere. Would really like to know if anyone else has this problem and if they’ve got any tips that could possibly help with it.
