Erection Quality after Stretching
Hello,
I’ve been doing mainly stretching an infrequent jelqing for almost 5 months now. The good news is I have seen superficial size increase by 0.3-0.5 inches at times. This is only if I masturbate later in the day after I’ve done some stretching, but in the mornings when I wake up with morning wood I still have a flat 6in if not 5.9ish. My issue is that ever since I started PE my boners have never been naturally as hard as they used to. This could be because now that I am constantly stretching, psychologically I’m not as confident so I can’t lose myself in the moment, instead I’m constantly worrying about my size.
So my question is does anyone have any tips to possibly “warm-up” or prepare my dick to perform at its best? If anything I would love to learn a method to constantly have rock hard erections like I used to. In the moment when I’m going to have sex with a woman, I don’t have time to jelq for 20 mins to get maximum blood flow like in masturbation, that would be ridiculous. But ever since I started PE the head of my penis has never fully filled up with blood like it used to, that’s my issue. I think a reason is that when I first started I bought one of those extenders (DON’T DO IT, YOUR HANDS ARE MUCH BETTER) and it decreased sensitivity around the head. My second question would be if anyone knows how to regain sensitivity?
My hopes is to eventually stop PE at some point in my life and live independent of devices, supplements, etc. If anyone has good tips to increase erection quality for and during sex (not masturbation) that would be amazing. Also how I can maximize blow flow to the head of my penis during sex, and if possible, how I can regain sensitivity around and beneath the head as well. Thank You.
