Hello,

I’ve been doing mainly stretching an infrequent jelqing for almost 5 months now. The good news is I have seen superficial size increase by 0.3-0.5 inches at times. This is only if I masturbate later in the day after I’ve done some stretching, but in the mornings when I wake up with morning wood I still have a flat 6in if not 5.9ish. My issue is that ever since I started PE my boners have never been naturally as hard as they used to. This could be because now that I am constantly stretching, psychologically I’m not as confident so I can’t lose myself in the moment, instead I’m constantly worrying about my size.

So my question is does anyone have any tips to possibly “warm-up” or prepare my dick to perform at its best? If anything I would love to learn a method to constantly have rock hard erections like I used to. In the moment when I’m going to have sex with a woman, I don’t have time to jelq for 20 mins to get maximum blood flow like in masturbation, that would be ridiculous. But ever since I started PE the head of my penis has never fully filled up with blood like it used to, that’s my issue. I think a reason is that when I first started I bought one of those extenders (DON’T DO IT, YOUR HANDS ARE MUCH BETTER) and it decreased sensitivity around the head. My second question would be if anyone knows how to regain sensitivity?

My hopes is to eventually stop PE at some point in my life and live independent of devices, supplements, etc. If anyone has good tips to increase erection quality for and during sex (not masturbation) that would be amazing. Also how I can maximize blow flow to the head of my penis during sex, and if possible, how I can regain sensitivity around and beneath the head as well. Thank You.

Leave your penis alone for a couple weeks or a month. Gently massage and apply warmth. Relax.

I’m new at this but if you’re having EQ and sensitivity issues, you need to rest and relax IMO.

Don’t let yourself obsess over your penis size.

Can you describe your routine in detail:
What do you do?
How do you do it?
How often?

Then, for having better EQ, I think doing Kegel training is key. Make a search and build a specific Kegel routine for you. Can be done independent of the PE routine.

Sensitivity decrease is partly influenced from mechanical stress (stretching, especially ADS but masturbation too) and partly from mental influences. You can work on both!

When stretching do not get a grip on the head but behind the glans, and use several fingers for it to have a grip with less constriction. Then comes masturbation: use less force, especially when stimulating the glans. Switch to lubrified masturbation.

The mental re-sensitation can be achieved by edging and delayed orgasms. Edging is great, as you try to bring you as close to the orgasma as possible but then step back in stimulation and keeping you at the brink of orgasm for as long as possible. You will kearn over time that good edging does not need intense stimulation - a very light touch does the job.

Then you can stop the edging without orgasm and profit from it in a PE way - having had a great erection that really filled and stretched your dick for longer time (15 to 30 mins are well possible). Or you use edging as resensitaition training and “allow” yourself a final orgasm. But again, the stimulation should be as light as possible when you go over the edge into orgasm.

I can give you maybe some more hints when I have the answers to my introductory questions.

I don’t really have a routine, I just grab my penis and stretch it, I usually do it in compartments. For instance I grab the base with both hands and stretch it, then I grab it a little further towards the shaft and stretch it, and I keep going up until I’m at the glans. I do this roughly once or twice a day for 5-10min sessions, and roughly every to every other day. Only times I jelq are when I’m going to masturbate which is roughly every to every other day. I’m a student at the moment and I am studying for my mcat this summer so I really can’t dedicate too much time to PE.

There are routines for kegeling? I just thought you squeeze the muscle, that’s pretty crazy. What is your routine or a routine you would recommend that would help me get the most volume for my erection? Also what does ADS mean? Thank You for your response btw.

Thanks for your detailed answer about your PE training. I think I have received the info which can help you. Naturally, every PE situation is individual but I suggest you to

STOP!

with what you’re doing to your dick right now. Your EQ is dropping because your dick tells you he feels not well. So either you ignore the signal or you start to listen to your dick. I recommend the latter.

That would mean you immediately put yourself on a deconditioning break. I think 1 month is a minimum, it may as well be longer too. Maybe that’s depending of the date of your summer exams too - sounds like another priotity in your life.

Your dick needs a PE free time to recover. No jelqs or stretches, nothing, just nothing! If you want to help him even more in recovering, apply moderate heat once a day for 5-10min.

Signs of recovery are:
- Regular morning wood
- Daytime spontaneous wood
- Stronger EQ
