I am curious if anyone can comment on EQ and girth changes. I have been having EQ issues lately. I can get hard enough to penetrate but the penis itself feels spongy and I can bend it still. My MEG is about 4.3 to 4.5 depending on accuracy of the measurement.

If I can boost my EQ could I gain some girth?

Often times “newbie gains” are truly just increased size due to better EQ. So essentially yes it’s definitely possible.

I hope I can get my EQ higher. Even with PE they have been poor. I am going to lay off a work of PE and see if I have been overtraining.

How old are you? That’s also a big deal. If you’re in your late 30s, then it could just be age setting in.

You should still be able to get to stiff or very near it right as you reach orgasm. If not, you have blood flow problems. Jelqing and manual stretching should improve that.

You said lately you’ve been able to get semi stiff. Does that mean before you couldn’t? If so, you must be improving some. Keep at it. Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Girth PE seems to increase erection quality for me, with the exception of flaccid pumping.

The nature of the erection is that the inner girthwise fascia must be able to expand to compress veins against the outer lengthwise fascia. If the inner fascia sheath is enlarged and more flexible, the erections should be harder on a solely mechanical basis. Basically, the penis structure creates a mechanism where by the force of the blood flow into the penis reduces blood flow out of the penis. But all that hinges on the ability for the inner fascia to expand enough under the increased blood flow during arousal.

My thoughts are that flaccid pumping does not necessarily exert force equally within the penis. The outer fascia can be pulled into an enlarged state by the pump, while fluid gradually builds up between the inner and outer fascia. If you have a hard erection in the tube continuously, the inner fascia keeps that space under pressure so fluid cannot fill it and the inner fascia expansion keeps up with the outer fascia expansion. I haven’t tried aspirating the space though. I bet you could see it with an ultrasound imager though.

I have a very hard time doing any girth exercises while hard. It is difficult to keep an erection without direct stimulation. When I start jelqing or pumping I loose my erection quickly.

I’d suggest one of these:

Slap it on, it might keep you going long enough to get a good workout in.
