What fixes weak erections depends on the cause of the weak erections.
I’ve noticed a few things that improve erections for me. My erections and sensitivity have pretty much always been weaker than they should be due to dependence on bicycle riding to get to school as a child, living relatively far from the schools I attended, and the dangerously stupid public school officials requiring students bring every massive text book they distributed to the classes (which were mostly a waste of time because students weren’t segregated by IQ: smart kids unethically held back and institutionalized, dumb kids left behind).
For me, PE tends to cause a temporary decrease in erection quality due to, I think, the differences in girthwise elasticity of the two fascia of the CC (corpus cavernosa). The outer layer which has fibers that run lengthwise doesn’t shrink girthwise as readily as the inner fascia which has fibers that run girthwise. Because of this, I think, when the inner fascia tightens, it is unable to compress the veins between the fascia to facilitate the erection.
For the above cause, simply not doing PE for a while recovers erection hardness for me.
For me, there seems to be a restriction of blood flow into the penis from the pudendal artery and limited sensitivity, which goes back to bicycling which can cause nerve and artery entrapment. This condition is something that might be relevant to people suffering erectile dysfunction from age, since some papers have implicated pudendal artery stenosis, a related pathology.
For the above cause, I see temporary improvements in penile hardness and sensitivity from a topical weak menthol solution. However, the menthol solution does not work long term, apparently because tolerance develops to the menthol. I’m investigating long term solutions to this. I am not considering surgery because of the low success rate and high complication rate.
I have been experimenting with a TENS machine recently also, which seems to improve sensitivity and hardness, but I have not yet formed an opinion about whether or not this is a long term improvement or beneficial, or dosage. There are some known risks, probably more unknown risks, to using electrical currents in tissue. I find the pulses to be painful, other people state they enjoy it.
