This post isn’t about gaining but is more about the strength of my erection sometimes I can’t hold erection and they are skinny other times when I edge it’s super hard and I get a good measurement I was wondering how can I get about 80% of the time great erections can y’all give me tips such as foods exercises how much sleep cold or hot shower or whatever needs to be done

I would suggest taking a week off from any sexual activity and see what happens to your EQ. I like to edge also and have found as I have gotten older, I have to reduce the frequency of my sessions in order to preserve my ability to achieve quality erections. Since you are able to get a decent erection for edging, my guess is you are just over taxing your penis’s ability to get and stay hard. If you happen to be performing PE too, it is probably contributing to your problem. Performing PE is not the problem, it is doing the PE and the edging together. Decide which one is more important after your week off. If PE turns out to be the priority, reduce the edging to once or twice a week and see how it goes. Hope this helps. I’ve been here myself.
