Gains Slowing Early And Weak Erections

Two questions:

In my first 4 weeks of the newbie routine, I gained around 1/8th inch in both length and girth. Nothing earth shattering, but glad to get results. In my second 4 weeks, I started dealing with an on-again, off-again illness which really weakened my ability to sustain erections for jelqing. I’ve always PE’d 1-3 times a week, but my gains stopped. When I feel well enough to restart, will the gains kick back in?

Also, I’m noticing that my erections are a bit weaker. Well, my sex arousal erections are. When I’ve been awakened from nocturnal erections or my morning wood, those are always fairly strong. But when it comes time to have sex with my wife, I’ve noticed my erections are a bit weaker. I’ve been wondering if this is because it is at night after a long day of everything. Should this be normal?

When it comes to sex only in specific positions and for short time when I’m not in I can be hard.

Most of time I’m flaccid.

Tried to do more kegels but doesn’t help that much.

You know that it could be stress.
