Estimated how long would it be to get gains from exercise

Well I am going to start jelqing and want to work on girth. I will be doing jelqs and stretching before I start. I mainly want to work on girth but any length gains are great too but I want to increase my 4.5 inch girth which doesn’t bother me but I think I would be happy with 5 inches. I would want to know estimated how long would this take? Would it be like it’s different for everybody when it comes to gains?

Yes everyone is different when it comes to gains. Some people gain very fast and others take much longer. We are all human beings here but we were all created differently. Different factors come into play. For example, there are members that have more layers of tunica tissue than others which means that unfortunately they will have to put in much more work to make gains than someone that may possess a thinner layered tunica.

That is just one example but there are plenty of variables like that. One thing that I can say is that the one thing that will work for just about everyone is dedication. Some gain in a matter of weeks and others gains in a matter of months or even years. The thing that they have in common isthe persistence and will to keep going until they are able to reap the benefits of their work.

I know you’re new here, but try a forum search for this topic. It has been discussed many times over, so you can get some more detailed answers, and discussion, if you’re interested.

"Peak" measurements (Oct. 2012): BPEL: 8in EG: 6.625in BPFSL: 8.375 in flaccid BP length: 6in

Current measurements (Nov. 2017): BPEL: 8in EG: 5.75in BPFSL: 8.25in flaccid BP length: 6in

Just do the newbie routine. Unless you try for a few months you will never know!
