Europe Where to get Pygeum and which brand?

(Feel free to move this to Supplements, I can’t post there as I’m a new user.)

I first tried the Pygeum from pipingrock and didn’t experience any notable effect.
I thought I’d try a different brand. Where can I get some good Pygeum that ships to Europe?

I ordered mine form Iherb dot com.
Pygeum & SawPalmetto from brand NowFoods.

Worked good for me, definitely felt a lot more precum.

To be honest I do not know. I took one pill per day, as it was said on the bottle.

Today is the 40th day I’ve been taking this Swanson Pygeum with no notable effect (1 x 250 mg capsule with breakfast, and 1 with supper).

I’ve either been unlucky, or Pygeum simply doesn’t work with my body.

The Swanson pygeum I take is 400 mg bark and 100 mg extract with 6.5% phytosterols (means that there is 6.5 mg active chemical.) I have also taken solaray with 6.5 mg standardized extract (which I believe is available from iherb.) Both work for me.

Pygeum is CITES listed, so it is more difficult to import into Europe.

Yes! You are the first person I’ve seen mention it! I had to find out the hard way, lmao.
And getting a permit to import it is impossible because nobody has the prerequisite; a permit to export it!

Had any luck getting pygeum here in Europe? Seems like the easiest to get is only the Now Foods one with Saw Palmetto.
