Even narrower vacuum pump cylinder for length pumping?

Hey all, hope you all are doing great so far.

I have been penis pumping for a month and a bit now. Primarily, I am trying to gain length (unconventional, I know) by using a narrow cylinder so that pull is upwards instead of laterally when fully expanded.

The current one I have now is 1.5”x9” from LeLuv, however, I am considering getting an even more narrow penis cylinder- a 1.35”x9” to be exact, which would be closer to my girth and aid in greater upward pull since my girth is at 4.25” at the moment.

So now, I would like to ask for your expertise. Would it be wise to get a 1.35”x9” cylinder for the greater length pull or should I just stick with my current 1.5”x9” cylinder?

I am assuming you will want to work girth later on. As such, consider buying a much wider tube and using plastic tubes of various diameters as interchangeable cartridges, so to speak.

This has been working very well for me and will end up saving you money and will also allow of 1/8” diameter changes as opposed to buying penis pumping tubes which are only sold in 1/4” increments.
This makes a big deal when stacking up diameters one set following the next. Make sure you use a silicone base insert on the bottom of your tube if you use the cartridge method so that you protect the Alina round your pubic bone.

Also check on the putter diameter of the cartridge insert versus the inner diameter of the tube you will buy to make sure it fits. You can get very creative with it.

If you want to work girth, you can put foam in the tube so you have limited length expansion and more girth expansion…

Stick with 1.5”. I tried using a smaller tube for length and was better off using a larger tube for girth and length. The smaller tube didn’t help my grow length. In the larger tube I grew in length and girth. Focus on being in the pump for a longer duration with low vacuum.
