Evening out the shaft. Is it possible?

My shaft is thinner near the base, and even looks to have a slight bulge on the right side. Can I straighten this out, and make it even all the way down?

If you target the right points, I think so. My shaft was always even but it has also grown even which leads me to believe that any part of the shaft can be grown if done appropriately.

Sometimes it will just even itself out if you concentrate on a good overall girth routine. Targeting specific areas on the shaft is quite a difficult task, even though some claim that they have done so. Guys react differently to exercises, some gain uniformly, while others gain great base girth. Some reported ways to increase your base girth is from compression hanging, a lot of guys have had success with that. Pumping may also help it out. Or reverse jelqing/horse squeezes.

Do you hang or use an extender, because that will increase base girth

My penis is narrower at the base, but actually pretty much the same girth than midshaft, since at the base the CS is more prominent. There are times when it gets wider at the base, say after pumping or clamping, but these changes have always been temporary; the penis tends to grow more in its originary shape, there is little that you can do about I think.

Hanging increases base girth. May not completely solve it though. Only a limited depth of the base grew for me.
