Vac-Hangers: Do you wrap down the shaft so no vacuum hit the shaft

I have been wrapping with tape around the glans, but have questioned wrapping down maybe almost half the shaft. This would make it so all the vacuum would be applied to the tape. When I wrap my glans only, I get a nice donut after hanging around my circumcision scar. If I taped it all up, than this would be gone, but I don’t know if this is the way to do it?

Personally I do put something over the shaft a little bit. Mostly I do this so I don’t get any pinch in between the skin, the sleeve, the cylinder and the constriction sleeve.

Any gains so far? This Vac-hanger sounds legit but it also sounds kind of tricky to use.

I tried wrapping down the shaft, basically even to where the sleeve stops on the shaft. Works wonders. I think I get a better pull, and now the bottom side of my circumcision scar doesn’t get all lymphed up.
