Ever Heard of Pull Twirl and Slap?
Ok, I know there are a number of very good videos on the site going over all kinds of stretches… but I was looking around online and came across a “pull, twirl, and slap” exercise and I have no idea what in the hell they are talking about.
Has anyone heard of this or is it not worth asking about?
I think it was easier using a stretcher then the whole manual thing, lol.
