Exercise 2 times a day

What if you exercise twice a day? Maybe after 6 hours or is it over kill?

Many people go twice a day but as a newbie you should take it SLOW and stick to the newbie routine. Good luck!

I really don’t understand the word of caution by splitting up your workouts, if someone could clear me up I would appreciate it.

Realtime15, I really don’t see the problem with this, as long as everything stays in order(good erections). If you have no time to do it all at once, fit it in thoughout the day. The guy who develops a routine that does not intrude in other activities will likely stay with PE longer than the guy who sweeps everything aside to do it because of a busy lifestyle.

Theres a difference between splitting your workouts, and doing two workouts.
