Sure. These are just suggestions though. Look at them and then add or remove what makes sense.
Starting routine (Newbie routine variant)
5 mins hot wrap
5 mins inverted v-stretch (5 x 1 min hold)
10 mins of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 mins hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF
Notes
Gradually increase to 10 mins total of stretches and 15-20 mins of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.
All the time in the world starting routine
AM session
5 mins hot wrap
10 mins inverted v-stretch (10 x 1 min hold) - continue heating for first half of stretches
50 kegels of five second holds each
PM session
5 mins hot wrap
10 mins of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
3 mins JAI stretches
5 mins hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Notes
Gradually increase stretching time over 6 weeks to 20 mins and jelqing to 15-20 mins.
After month two add 5 minutes of squeezes to your routine spread throughout the jelqing. Increase this to 10 minutes over time, so you end up doing session of 30 mins jelqing & squeezing where jelqing is taking 20 mins and squeezing 10 mins.
Some people stretch on their days off. Make sure your penis feels a session and you need the time off, if you aren’t needing the time off work harder and consider moving to a 3:1 or 5:2 schedule.
