Exercises for "internal" penis
It’s been more than 9 months since I last pumped. Aerobic exercise, good food (lot of dietary arginine) and 5 seconds kegels have helped my bigger but spongier penis be a little more solid. Glans is almost full, but offers zero resistance to pressure, whereas it was steel like before. 3g Citrulline malate over 2-3 days made me bigger but not much harder, I will try again over several weeks as at least one study reported very satisfying EQ gains over 30-60 days.

"Its the Pumping! Are you doing major expansion in the tube? High pressures? Try easing up on tunica expansion, you will lose some girth but you should settle to a larger base girth then before. You need more internal penis to fill an expanded CC. Tunica retracts and ccs are able to press firmly against them for hardness. Not a 100% guarantee but a solid guess!"
The idea that more "internal" penis pushing against the (dis/ex-tended) tunica would reverse the sponginess is worth a shot. What exactly is meant by internal penis and how would I increase it with no/minimal tunica expansion? Is he talking about smooth muscle ?
