Thatβs your best bet right there, maintain your intermittent fasting combined with eating high amounts of protein, complex carbs and healthy fats.
There is no exercise specific to the fat pad, except for shedding the fat that produces it. So you are on the right track, just stay focused.
As for sexual performance, nothing better then good stamina and a strong core. Stamina comes from cardio and intense workouts. Strong core comes from strong abs as well as lower back and even your glutes.
At home, I suggest pushups, pull ups, various planks (for your core), and body weight or weighted squats (squat while holding your dumbbells), as well as frog leaps. Hope this helps.
