If you’re a beginner, that’s way too heavy. The newbie routine without pumping would be preferable.
If you’re more experienced (>3 months of solid PE work) it sounds like a good routine. Blood flow okay? No discoloration during pumping or with the ring?
However, don’t do it every day. Just don’t. If I start running every day I’m sure I can keep it up for weeks, maybe a month, and then there will be injuries all of a sudden. Take rest days, they are needed to grow. Especially when it comes to fibrous tissue, because that has poor blood flow. Why not try to do your routine on monday and tuesday, stop for wednesday, and then thursday and friday again. Weekends are another resting moment.
