Cock ring ideas
I just started jelqing, doing kegels, and taking lecithin on Wednesday. In addition, I am wearing an all-day cock ring—just a rubber/plastic simple ring. Just a little bit of pressure but not too much.
Questions:
—If I’m following the newbie regimen, how important is the warming and cooling towel stuff?
—My wife would appreciate some girth (she’s a size queen!) but I don’t really want more than another inch of or so of length (I’m already about 7” measure to the bone, and I don’t want to be so long that it is uncomfortable for her). Suggestions on how to tailor my workout accordingly?
—Any body take 2400mg of lecithin daily? (I’ve done that the last three days to get it started in my system)

I’m impressed with the gains. What was your whole regimen—jelqing throughout, or just wearing a cock ring, etc.? And what is the appropriate tightness on the ring? Right now, I can pee easily, and fit a finger under the ring without having to stretch anything, or without any added pressure or pain.
