Experiencing ED after doing squats?
Hi.. Embarrassed to post this, but this is something that has been affecting my everyday life.. I believe it may be “hard flaccid”.. It is depressing being 23 years old and not being confident in your sexual ability. I rarely get morning wood anymore, and if I do it is very very weak. My erections are weaker, libido less, and sensitivity is way lower than normal. I started noticing having this issue like a year and a half ago after masturbating really bad.. And ever since then erections have been hard to maintain.
The only time I noticed a significant improvement, to what I think was when it was not damaged at all, was 2 weeks ago. Orgasms, libido, and quality were back up to normal. This was going very well for about a week, even so when I was masturbating way too much. I didn’t want to to make sure it still was working (I have OCD).. But then I went squatting at the gym and did squats with very bad form imo.. With the bar and weights on each side. After that, I masturbated too, kinda poorly tho with like a 50% erection because my roommate got home and was in the living room coughing outside my door very harshly lol.. But the next day my ED was back to where it was.
Flaccid and erections smaller than normal. It has been two weeks and it is still like this. This is eating me up, and my obsessive thinking makes it hard to ignore this. I’m not having sex anyways right now so why should it matter? I am depressed though, oversleeping, and I am starstruck how in high school I was able to have no issues and now at only 23 still young I am struggling. I went to a urologist a few months back and they could find nothing wrong.. No peyronies so I don’t know whats going on. The fact that my erection was back to normal prior to the squat session tells me maybe it has something to do with pelvic floor? If anyone has any advice please I’m all ears
