Experiencing Problems With Girth Work
Hey guys hope everybody’s doing well. So as the title says I’m having problems with girth work. I’m confused and at a loss of what to do. Just for some background, I’m 3 1/2 months in, i have experienced gains and have felt myself in that “sweet spot”. But more recently, the past month or so has not been so good. My unit is definitely tougher than when i began PE and also it feels like almost any amount of girth work does not produce the same expansion as it used to and also causes turtling. Im confused on what to do. Ive tried dialing down my training even taking up to 7 days off of girth work at a time to try to fix this.
The best way for me to describe this is
- my penis just will not relax
- unit is generally tougher
- unit “fights” me on girth work and will not keep the expansion after workout like it was previously
I have been following a 2 on 1 off schedule for girth work of 5 min pumping at 3hg 15 min jelqing or even less than that
Can anyone please add some advice on what to so, my thoughts have been
- 2 weeks deconditioning
- maintain the routine for 2 more weeks see what happens
- up intensity
- use dmso
