hypothetical- is girth work location specific?

Apparently I’ve spent too much time here lately as I had a weird PE dream last night. I dreamt I spent a lot of time clamping/pumping and eventually had added 2” to my starting EG number. After that I wanted more length and started hanging intensely…but the new length at the bottom came out at my original small girth measurement!

The result was a novel looking penis to say the least.

Since the majority of girth routines focus solely on the exposed portion of the penis such as clamping, pumping, and jelqing do you think this could actually happen in real life? The inner penis engorges during these routines but no where near as much as the exposed penis.

I realize it’s unlikely that someone could add an inch or 2 of girth without also gaining length but hey- it’s hypothetical right?

Kinda. Imagine that you worked girth until you acheived a girth of 7”…but when you started on length the inner penis coming out of your body only had a girth of 5”.

Possibly, but I would say its highly unlikely.

Length is hard to gain once youve increased girth substantially, so you’d probably be hanging to increase length, which would increase base girth. So in theory, that wouldnt happen. I think anyway! lol

Do you have anything to back that up with? If you did I would be interested to hear it.
