Big problems concerning girth gains

Big problems concerning girth gains

So I have been doing PE regularly for a while now (on and off 6-9 months), and gotten around 1” in length gains. But no girth gains, which I find very troublesome. I am at a point where I want to focus mainly on girth, but do not own or consider buying a pump since I do not live alone nor feel like paying for a BathMate. So I want to mainly stick to manual exercises, I do own an extender but since I want to focus on girth, and again, do not live alone, I’m not using it.

I have been jelqing on a high erection level for a long while, is it possible that I overconditioned my cock? And even so, that was maybe in March or something like that, and I took a 3-4 month break after that also. I still jelq at 60-95% erection, but not as frequently. Maybe I do something with my grip? I basically do a tourniquet, only way I feel the blood going upwards and it doesn’t feel like I am jerking off.

I started doing bundle stretches now, but they do not put much pressure inside my dick at all, there is some tingling feeling at the base but that is about it.

Any help is very happily received, I have only done the bundle stretches for 2 days now, but since I have been jelqing for a whole while and never experienced any noticable girth gains I had to make this thread.

Maybe try some Horse 440’s or semi erect bends if you are sufficiently conditioned. Start out slow and don’t get carried away.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Just did some Horse 440 and it went really well. Could feel the pressure inside my penis. Got a little red bump though right after, not sure what it is. Is it possible that I might experience some newbie girth gains since I haven’t had any?

herkaderk, I’m not trying to take a jab at you but this is an example of what I’ve read multiple times on these forums when someone says they haven’t gained. I think this is where most PE’ers fail. They say they are regularly doing PE and being consistent when they are not. How can you be regularly doing PE but then in the same sentence say “on and off 6-9 months”?

I am guilty of this myself and have to be extra diligent at keeping myself on a regular consistent routine. It is so easy to let life get in the way and make up excuses for why we couldn’t PE that day but then complain when we don’t see the gains…been there, done that. We always want to see ourselves in the best light and that we are doing better than we really are.

If I’m taking this out of context, my apologies. But I still feel this type of things happen a lot from the non-gainers.

Pre PE: 5/8/04 BPEL 6.25" EG 5"

Goal: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5"

Not everybody gets newbie gains; the most common reasons they don’t are because they are inconsistent, or don’t use heat, or don’t rest enough to give the tissues time to grow, or use too much intensity too soon, which again doesn’t allow enough recovery between session and toughens up the tissues quickly. Avoid those mistakes, and you may get some gains.

If you got a red bump, you were using too much force. Depending on what type of bump it is you may want to rest it until it goes. If it’s not raised, and if it is small, just keep an eye on it as you do your next routine and if it gets worse, stop.

Well, since I have had gains in length but basically none in girth, that is of course troublesome and had some part in the reasoning behind my break. I also did not have the motivation nor place to do PE, and doesn’t really consider that to be a factor in why I haven’t gotten girth gains.

Yeah it’s somewhat small, maybe 2mm in diameter. The bump isn’t there anymore or something, and it’s just now like a little red dot. I will take a day break then go at it again, just in case.
