Hello guys, a question, a routine with extender and clamping is ok? or is it necessary to always add jelquing? Sorry, english is not my native language 😂

Yes you can do sets of extention and then the clamp, but try to put in jelqs between sets in the extender, to get the blood flow.

Some guys think that one should do the length first, up to your goal, and then concentrate on the girth with more jelqs, clamp, pumping and so on, because it maybe be easier to stretch an thinner penis than a fat one.

Try out and find out if doing both are best for you, only you can tell, every guy is different, there is no final answer of what is best.

I push my girth work until later in the day after I have done my length work, assuming I’m incorporating length work that day.

I have found that the edema, even when subtle, can interfere with getting a good stretch and optimizing elongation.

Experiment and see what you find.
